Jim serves as Clean Energy’s Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, leading the company’s legal department since 2022.  He has over two decades of experience as an attorney, having previously worked in in-house counsel positions at various companies and as an associate at the Latham & Watkins law firm.  He served as a U.S. Army officer prior to embarking on his legal career.  Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard Law School.
